Our three programs run over 3, 6 & 12 months, they offer exactly the same service to guarantee your results, the only difference is the duration and that's because everyones starting point is naturally different.
For someone who doesn't have much body fat to lose they would likely be suited to the 3 month program, those who require slightly more work will be better suited to the longer options being 6 or 12 months.

For Individuals dedicated to reaching their fitness objectives our programs are an outstanding choice and best value for money.If you're embarking on this journey you must understand that it probably took a number of years to get to where you are today.
Weight loss and muscle building will not happen over night, the process you are about to sign up to is not one you will be familiar with, it will take a few weeks to get used to the app, training and nutrition. We dont seek to change every element of your lifestyle straight away because that just simply wouldn't work, we integrate things every step of the way, small changes and over time these changes have big impacts. Suddenly everything your learning and being taught become habits that you integrate into your daily life, as we stick to these newly formed habits, methods and choices everything starts to come together. Once you get consistent and disciplined the results start to materialise and this drives your motivation to keep going.
If you just signed up for a month here and there you might be disappointed that you haven't seen any staggering results, this could leave you questioning our coaching and commitment to us, but the truth be known - changes will be happening they just wont be overtly obvious in the first 4-6 weeks. If you have a monetary commitment to the process your adherence, perseverance and patience will be that much higher than if you were on a rolling monthly payment with the option to just give up.
