    Why do we refrain from offering a trial period?

    Typically, a free trial may not incentivise users to fully engage or commit to the program. Our experience has shown that individuals participating in free trials often make excuses for not fully participating in sessions, which can hinder progress and results.

    Seeing little or no results will often then lead to people thinking the program or coaching doesn’t work for them. Changing your body is not an overnight process and takes time, we need clients to commit to a certain amount of time to allow for the changes to happen.

    Moreover, a free trial doesn't grant you access to the comprehensive coaching services, particularly in respect of nutrition and macro planning.
